Qualification: BE/B.Tech Computer/IT

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
  • Experience resolving software, hardware, and basic network issues.
  • Practical experience with Active Directory, user account management, and MFA.
  • Experience using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow & Jira
  • Experience with remote support tools (SCCM remote assistant, Remote Desktop, etc.).
Additional Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Thorough understanding of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, Active Directory & VLAN
  • Good to have knowledge of IT project management
  • Good Communication skills
