Sr Desktop Engineer
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech IT/Comp
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
13 years of hands-on experience in Network Support.
Basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
Familiarity with hardware from vendors such as Cisco (routers/switches), Palo Alto ( FW )
Experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Cacti, or SolarWinds, WireShark.
Logging, troubleshooting, and resolving network incidents from Client and Network side.
Experience using ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow & Jira.
Good to have Client and Server operating system knowledge.
Practical experience with Active Directory
CCNA Certified
