What You'll Do We are looking for a person wo can partner with our business stakeholders to frame problems, guide analytics solutions, and translate insights into decisions. Drives analytics initiatives end to end with a focus on clarity, alignment, and measurable business value. Core Responsibilities Builds and maintains relationships with business stakeholders across the enterprise, developing an understanding of business goals, processes, and decision-making needs. Facilitates discovery conversations to clarify business problems, success criteria, and data requirements for analytics initiatives. Applies understanding of analytics and modeling approaches to recommend potential solutions and articulate trade-offs in business terms. Translates analytical work and model outputs into stakeholder-relevant insights that connect clearly to business outcomes and actions. Participates in analytics initiatives from ideation through delivery, ensuring scope, dependencies, and milestones are well defined and communicated. Collaborates with data owners, technical teams, and governance partners to identify data gaps, understand data quality considerations, and manage project dependencies. Communicates progress, risks, and changes clearly and consistently to all parties throughout the project lifecycle. Documents project context, decisions, assumptions, data considerations, and communications to support continuity and reuse. Supports stakeholder understanding of data sources, metrics, and insights; contributes to training, enablement, and adoption efforts as needed. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, marketing, project management, or equivalent experience preferred Working knowledge of analytics and modeling techniques and their use cases; ability to explain analytical approaches and results to non-technical audiences. Experience facilitating conversations to identify problems, clarify requirements, and align stakeholders on analytics opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document decisions, assumptions, and insights clearly and effectively. Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, PowerBI, or similar, with emphasis on interpretation and application rather than model development. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $73000 - $88000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Work Environment This role is located in our Des Moines office. We offer a hybrid work arrangement with 3-days in the office and 2-days remotely.
