Accountabilities

In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, data modeling, and visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and support strategic business decisions.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain data models ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sources
  • Create and automate dashboards and reports using modern BI tools, primarily Looker
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate objectives into data-driven solutions
  • Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to solve business problems
  • Work with IT and engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data quality
  • Evolve reporting from descriptive analytics toward predictive and proactive insights
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote a strong data-driven culture across the organization
  • Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics
  • Quickly adapt to new datasets and deliver insights under tight timelines
  • Requirements

    This position requires strong analytical expertise, advanced technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Experience in healthcare data is highly valuable.

    • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization principles
    • Proficiency in Python (preferred) or R for data analysis and automation
    • Experience working with cloud-based platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure)
    • Experience working with healthcare claims data is highly preferred
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
