Job Description:

  • Support manage purchasing activities for new vehicle projects, ensuring QCD performance.

  • Support manage sourcing plans and supplier strategies together with line side.

  • Support manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.

  • Ensure milestone achievement and contract commitments.

  • Animate and manage the Project Buyers Team.

  • Report project indicators and QCD performance to GPPM.

  • On project scope.

Knowledge/Skills:

                Project Management Skills

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.

  • Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience in milestone tracking and contract management.

  • Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile Methodoly or similar) – desirable.

Software Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of automotive purchasing processes and supplier management.

  • Knowledge of QCD principles and performance tracking.

  • Familiarity with industrialization phases and vehicle development cycles.

  • Experience with tools such as ANPQP, ARC/ASC, and Design to Cost.

  • Understanding of global sourcing and localization strategies.

Experience:

  • Significant experience, in project management and purchasing, preferably in the automotive industry

  • Knowledge of Design to Cost, Cost Campaign, and Monozukuri methodologies.

  • Familiarity with QCD tools and automotive sourcing processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.

  • Master’s degree would be considered a plus.

Languages:

  • Fluent English

  • Spanish would be considered a plus

Workstation:

  • NBA – São Paulo or Resende

Work type:

  • Availability according to the sector need’s
