We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Senior AVP, People Technology to lead a high‑performing team in delivering innovative technology solutions that advance our people strategy. This strategic leader will oversee the full scope of People Technology operations, including the globalization of the Workday HCM platform—ensuring scalable, compliant, and consistent deployment across regions while supporting local business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of people leadership, large‑scale program and project delivery, demand management, and portfolio prioritization, paired with a consultative mindset to deliver high‑impact solutions that enable a rapidly growing, global organization and meets the needs of our portfolio company partners .
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of People Technology professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric team culture.
Manage team performance, providing constructive feedback, career development opportunities, and ensuring team members are equipped to perform at their best.
Workday Release Management:
Oversee the Workday release update schedule, ensuring timely implementation, testing, and adoption of new features, enhancements, and fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize release-related changes based on business needs, technical dependencies, and resource availability.
Ensure effective change management practices are in place for smooth transitions during each update cycle.
Project Management:
Lead large, complex People Technology related projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, and delivery.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals and IT standards.
Mitigate risks and proactively resolve any project issues or obstacles.
Demand Management & Portfolio Prioritization:
Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to gather and assess requests for new Workday functionality, system enhancements, and support needs.
Drive the demand management process, ensuring alignment of requests with organizational priorities and resources.
Prioritize and manage the portfolio of People Technology initiatives to optimize value delivery and resource utilization.
Consultative Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on People Technology capabilities, providing insights and recommendations to address business needs.
Engage with People & Culture, IT, and other business units to align People Technology solutions with the broader organizational strategy.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring both functional and technical feasibility.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the People Technology space, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in Workday and HR technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience and improve operational efficiency.
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure all People Technology systems, processes, and updates comply with company policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
Establish governance frameworks to oversee system access, data privacy, and compliance.
Change Management:
Lead team responsible for change management efforts for People Technology initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and sustained business value.
Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder impact assessments, communication plans, training enablement, and readiness activities.
Partner with HR, Communications, and business leaders to drive engagement, minimize disruption, and reinforce new ways of working.
Portfolio Company Partnership & Enablement:
Partner closely with Revantage‑supported portfolio companies to understand their people technology needs, priorities, and operating models.
Deliver scalable, flexible People Technology solutions that balance global consistency with portfolio‑specific business requirements and local compliance needs.
Act as a strategic advisor to portfolio company stakeholders, ensuring People Technology capabilities enable growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional employee experience.

Demand Management & Prioritization: Strong skills in evaluating and prioritizing competing demands, ensuring that resources are allocated to initiatives with the highest business value.
Consultative Approach: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions, while managing stakeholder expectations.
Workday HCM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance & Talent, Absence Management, etc.) and experience managing Workday updates and releases.
Change Management: Proficiency in leading change management efforts and ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to break down complex challenges and find effective solutions.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Agility & Innovation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging new technologies to drive business success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Workday Global HCM implementations and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in managing Workday release updates, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering large-scale projects.
Familiarity with global operating models, specifically within a shared services environment.
Demonstrated experience leveraging a consultative approach to problem‑solving and relationship management.
Strong understanding of HR processes and the strategic use of technology to enable business success.
Workday certification(s) (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Reporting, Workday Integrations) highly preferred.
Real estate industry experience preferred.
Base Compensation Range:
$148,434.00 To $197,835.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
