Sr. Associate, Warehouse & Distribution Operations (Mandarin Speaker)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
To perform rule-based activities including various system transactions, reports preparation, data administration, digital file archiving, and stakeholder email communications, required to support operation for Taiwan affiliate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely collect and organize supporting files and process system PR / PO / payment transactions.
Timely collect digital files from internal / external stakeholders and archive into designated folders.
Timely run various SAP transaction exports and transform into rule-based general reports.
Timely combine data from different digital files and produce rule-based statistical / analytical reports.
Timely facilitate email communication to internal / external stakeholders with rule-based message contents and accurate attachments.
All tasks mentioned above performed in English and Traditional Chinese as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Education (Minimum/Preferred):
Minimum: College degree or equivalent.
Languages:
Traditional Chinese ( Reading, Writing, and Speaking )
General Business English ( Reading, Writing, and Speaking )
Experience (Minimum/Preferred):
Minimum 3 years of experience using SAP SD module.
Minimum 3 years of experience related to importation and warehousing.
Preferred experience working in or with 3PL.
