Sr Analyst

Business Expertise –
- Coaches a team of 10-15 associates and motivates them to achieve team goals and departmental KPI’s
- Validating and ensuring the delivery and adherence to training and competency requirements
Functional Knowledge –
- Analyse technical process documents (calculation notes, specifications, etc) and ensure these are up to date.
- Diagnosing and assessing areas of risk and opportunity to identify and remediate service issues ensuring to
maintain the service quality and overall client experience.
- Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas by working closely with inter departmental resources.
- Managing stakeholder communications across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes and
escalations.
- Drive versatility within team by regular analysis of cross skilling requirements and facilitate training environment.
Problem Solving -
- Driving appropriate data oriented analysis and adoption of technology solutions for process improvement by aiming
quality to achieve operational and business goals.
- Conducting root cause analysis to ascertain the escalations/ complaints and implementing mechanism for control.
- Ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations by validating the team’s output through audits.
- Driving efficiency projects within the team by aiming on lean processing and robotics implementation.
Interpersonal skills -
- Build strong partnership with teams in UK to facilitate an effective communication line to enable a smooth functioning of
the business.
- Provide expert technical support to the team in various methods such as query solving, referral analysis and lessen UK
dependency
- Carry out refresher / process training for existing / new team members
