Sr. Administrative Assistant
IMMEDIATE opening for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to support a busy environment. The highly organized Assistant will engage in managing calendars, drafting correspondence & reports, executing moderately complex requests on an ad-hoc basis and facilitating onsite meetings & conferences. Additionally:
• Contribute to event coordination and execution by gathering materials, planning, and arranging medium-scale events; ensure availability of conference rooms, and catering; distribute agendas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and externally to achieve effective business decisions.
• Write detailed correspondence to staff, managers, and external members; update department documents to ensure integrity.
• Screen and refer incoming and outgoing mails, calls, and visits to the appropriate staff member.
• Compile and collect information needed to complete project tasks and results; format standard graphs, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years administrative support of high-level leadership
• Experience with calendar management
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Teams
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Highly organized and creative thinking
• Proactive, takes initiative
5+ years as an Admin Assistant in a business office environment
