Specification Sales Engineer- Emergency Lighting
Own the development and delivery of large‑scale projects within the assigned product categories, from opportunity identification through to completion Build and maintain a sustainable 1-3‑year project pipeline, with a strong focus on achieving annual revenue and profitability targets in line with the profit plan Develop and grow business opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio across targeted segments, including commercial construction, industry, infrastructure, and utilities, among others Establish and nurture strong, long‑term partner relationships that support ongoing projects and future business growth Proactively understand customer needs and collaborate cross‑functionally to influence outcomes and deliver a high‑quality customer experience Build and strengthen trusted partnerships with designers, general contractors, installers, investors, and other key stakeholders Define and align commercial and technical project requirements, leading the full project lifecycle with clarity and coordination Contribute to overall team success by sharing insights, collaborating across the organization, and enabling broader business development opportunities Manage the project pipeline end‑to‑end, including opportunity tracking, quotation management, and follow‑through Develop strategic account plans and manage the assigned portfolio with a long‑term, value‑driven approach Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of commercial and technical activities in line with internal standards Analyze information thoughtfully, identify patterns, and propose data‑driven solutions Solid understanding of commercial and industrial (C&I) building electrical systems and applicable standards Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) Experience working with electrical design software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN Knowledge of lighting design and photometric calculations using tools like DIALux, Relux, or similar software Familiarity with electrical installation standards and regulations (NP, IEC) Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability concepts in buildings Fluent in English, both written and spoken Hold a valid Category B driver's license
