The Specialty District Manager is responsible for planning and implementing district sales plans and coaching for success, including building and leading the district sales team, providing support and coaching for sales team members, and establishing and managing relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Develops and implements market-based business strategies that achieve sales objectives, maximizes exposure, and opportunities for company products
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and development of Specialty Sales Representatives and Specialty Account Managers
  • Creates and supports integrated Specialty Account Manager and Specialty Sales Representatives business and account teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Ensures full and complete compliance of all selling activities within the area of responsibility to the standards of all State and Federal regulations
