Specialist Senior Specialist Payroll
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related queries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings related to payroll (e.g., tax filings, social security contributions).
- Handle payroll audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Support payroll system implementation and upgrades.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
