About this Position The Specialist Product Line Management – India drives the regional product line strategy in alignment with the global technology roadmap. The role manages the full product lifecycle, including portfolio optimization, phase-in/phase-out, product launches, and ramp-ups. This position ensures regional profitability by steering COGs initiatives, supporting manufacturing and supply chain requirements, maintaining master data accuracy, and managing portfolio complexity. It also coordinates cross-functionally to secure successful market rollouts and effectively handle supply or raw material challenges. What you´ll do Develops and executes regional product (line) strategy in line with technology strategy Analyzes portfolio using Henkel processes and tools. Manages regional product portfolio and consequently product portfolio complexity Drives the whole product line by managing the phase in/out process Manages product launches in alignment with relevant interfaces Provides input to Manufacturing and Purchasing on manufacturing and supply chain needs regionally Manages and optimizes regional product profitability, drives regional COGs projects in alignment with Global Product and Technology Management Manages ad-hoc crises such as raw material shortages Drives market launches of new products and roll-out initiatives regionally Manages master data processes and data maintenance.
