Operational Efficiency Governance Analyze global operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Enforce adherence to global processes, standards, and data quality requirements. Act as a regional reference for process clarification, compliance, and best practices. Training Strategy Delivery Design and implement regional training strategies aligned with other OET regional teams and business priorities. Deliver internal training programs (virtual and in-person) across APAC. Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and e-learning content. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational readiness across countries. Training Performance Effectiveness Define and monitor training KPIs (participation, effectiveness, adoption, compliance). Evaluate training impact using feedback, performance data, and system usage metrics. Drive continuous improvement based on insights and analytical findings. User Support (First Level) Act as the regional first-level support contact for users of internal applications. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with other departments and Global Process Owners. Support change management initiatives related to systems, processes, and standards. Any other assignment by Superior
