Who We Are KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a nonprofit organization that operates 20 tuition-free, open-enrollment charter public schools, within 17 Local Education Agencies (LEA), educating more than 10,000 students and supporting 8,300 alumni to and through college and beyond. New hires will start in late July or early August after they sign their offer letter. Please note: In most cases, we assign candidates to a school site location. At times, however, SpEd Assistants are assigned to the School Success Team pool are not assigned to a permanent school location and will provide services at various assigned school sites throughout the school year.
