Special Application Engineer
Qualification Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: BE / ME : Mechanical / Automobile / Production
- 60% above in academics
Responsibility:
- Vehicle integration and Packaging: Truck Special Application solutions development through product lifecycle management.
- The candidate would need to interact and align with global group companies and external partners for Special applications and component development. Aligning and documenting Design Reviews.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- Good knowledge commercial vehicle types , categories and relevant Global legislation,
- Good knowledge in commercial special applications and integrations
- Good Knowledge in vehicle level aggregates, component , system Design and validation requirements
- Knowledge in Body building for different applications
- Basic Know how in Product development processes and design methods- like DFMEA, DFA, FMEA .
- Good knowhow of maintaining design documentation in PLM as well as generate a Bill of material.
- Basic Knowledge of GDT.
- Good in CATIA V5 modules
- Flexibility for international travel
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills, good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of working experience in PLM: Wind chill, OAS
- Experience in working with German Automotive companies / Suppliers.
- Languages: Basic German
