Sourcing Engineer

Works on new supplier development, cost and all other commercial term, meet project timeline. Also manage year over year cost reduction and commodity strategy. Delivery the Division objectives of cost saving and all other commercial terms whilst supporting and aligning with APAC SCM regional goal. Work closely with functional team to develop suppliers and products per business strategy. Develop & manage relationships with strategic suppliers. Commodity/supplier strategy formation and execution. Lead and conduct benchmarking for cost and process, prepare negotiation strategy. Bachelor degree in Engineering or supply chain management. 8 years purchasing experience in multi-national companies. Electronic(Passive) parts technology and marketing knowledge. Commodity strategy building and execution skills. Great communication skill and listening ability. Strategical and logical thinking, quick learning, good problem solving capability.
