The role
As a Solutions Engineer at Encord, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and provide technical inputs to the engineering team. You will be a focal point between the commercial and technical teams, supporting the full customer lifecycle with your technical expertise — from onboarding through to dealmaking.

The role
As a Solutions Engineer at Encord, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and provide technical inputs to the engineering team. You will be a focal point between the commercial and technical teams, supporting the full customer lifecycle with your technical expertise — from onboarding through to dealmaking.
What you'll do
Support technical customer onboarding, including running technical sessions and importing/exporting data and labels into and out of our platformBuild scripts and tools to quickly respond to pressing customer feature requests, and support the product and engineering team in converting these into production-grade platform featuresServe as the face of our engineering team with customers and prospectsWork alongside commercial teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle and support dealmaking with your technical knowledgeCollaborate with the Sales & ML team to prepare and set up product demosWho we're looking for
A hacker mindset to solve customer problems quickly and efficientlyHigh attention to detail with a customer-first approachDeal-driven attitude with the ability to work well under pressureComfortable being a bridge between technical and commercial teams in a fast-paced environmentExperience Requirements
1+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical customer-facing roleStrong understanding of Python SDKs, APIs, SQL, and cloud integrationsAbility to estimate the scope of bug fixes and debug code based on stack traces and customer-reported issuesPrevious experience in a fast-paced B2B start-up is a plusWhy Encord
