What you’ll achieve 
As a Senior Consultant, Agile Scrum Master you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of software solutions by leading Agile teams, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, serving as both a Scrum Master and solution delivery leader across one or more teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to orchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining a focus on business value.

You will:

  • Lead one or more Agile Scrum teams delivering end-to-end software solutions

  • Drive alignment between engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders

  • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery status, risks, and milestones

  • Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, predictability, etc.)

  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and quality

Essential Requirements  

  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum events, artifacts and roles

  • Expert skills with the SW applications used in support of Scrum

  • Strong with change management competencies, strong servant leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements  

  • Professionally Certified in numerous scrum roles and credentials

  • Highly-effective Change Agent

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $211,650 to $ 273,900.
