#yourmission Analyze payroll processes of our customers, give advice, and translate them into our IT solutions Digitalize our customers' payroll processes with Microsoft D365 Business Central Work together with our consultants in a project team on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions Guide key users during implementation, ensure parameterization, and be responsible for the scope of the project Lead face-to-face and remote workshops and training sessions for our clients Effectively discuss and negotiate solutions and change requests with customers Listen to customers' needs/pains and identify new ways BE-terna can support their business Advise customers on implementing the standard solution in the most optimal way Compile clear technical descriptions and communicate them with the technical team Build a relationship with your customers and understand their pain points regarding payroll processes Plan, coordinate, and document your activities according to the set budgets and timing Cooperate with our programmers to build new solutions for our clients
