Solution BD Manager
1. Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Design Gain deep understanding of customer requirements and provide customized electrical solutions. Collaborate with the pre-sales team to complete solution design, quotations, and technical clarifications. 2. Solution Promotion & Sales Support Develop and execute solution sales strategies to support key account development and industry expansion. 3. Market Insight & Competitive Analysis Track industry trends, analyze competitors' products and solutions, and propose differentiated strategies. Regularly deliver market analysis reports to support business decision-making. 5. Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and service teams to ensure solution implementation. Participate in regional or overseas projects to drive resource integration. 6. Provide solution training for internal sales teams and channel partners to enhance overall sales capability. Over 5 years of experience in the electrical industry or data center industry, with familiarity in UPS, power distribution systems (LV/MV), busways, and transformers. Prior experience in solution sales, technical support, or product management is preferred. Strong knowledge of data center electrical architecture and industry standards. Project management capability and cross-functional communication skills. Good English reading and writing skills, able to participate in international project communication. Results-oriented, with strategic thinking and customer-focused mindset. Able to adapt to fast-paced work environments and demonstrate strong team spirit.
