What You Can Expect
The Solutions Architect is primarily responsible for the project management and implementation of ZBEdge Solutions, with the main objective of supporting customers in adopting the ZBEdge technologies in their daily practice. Furthermore, they are responsible for the seamless collaboration with the local sales teams, ZBEdge Marketing, the DTS teams for clinical support and technical services, and the Product Systems Consultants.
How You'll Create Impact
- Lead and manage the post-sales implementation of the various Recon & DTS projects (e.g. ROSA, mymobility, OrthoIntel, OptiVu, ROSA Efficient Care).
- Interact closely with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and ontime project implementation.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with all Recon & DTS teams, i.e. sales, clinical support, technical services, product system consultants.
- Training & education set up for clinical care teams.
- Actively support customers in driving the technology utilization while considering existing customer specific workflows and responsibilities.
- Customize mymobility features and content based on customer needs, using the content management systems and the customer facing applications.
- Perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) for the mymobility application prior to every major release.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s or Master`s degree economic or clinical study.
- Current or previous work experience in hospitals is helpful (healthcare experience preferred) with 2-3 years of experience.
Travel Expectations
- This role requires a flexible in their approach to work as will require national, and in some instances, international travel.
- A full, valid Driving License is required.
