Solution Architect - Datacenters West

Act as the primary point of contact for technical and engineering support for the in-house engineering staff and design teams at the MTDCs Aid the Strategic Accounts Team on large bids including submittals drawings, technical interpretation, and interfacing with the consultant and owner Arrive at the costing and financial estimation of the proposed solution, and work with the Strategic Accounts team to submit the winning bid while honoring the gross margin expectations of the company. Provide mentoring and training to Strategic Account Sales Engineers, Facility Account Managers, Major Account Managers, and other employees within and outside of the NAS organization Work closely with the field team to arrive at the Root Cause Analysis for problems faced post deployment and work with the product team to have permanent fix for the same." "* 10+ years of experience in Datacenter infrastructure engineering or data center operations at an MTDC, with at least 3 years in a design role Proven track record in managing global data center or colocation deployments at scale. " "Ability to interface with electrical consultant principals and lead electrical engineers, as well as facility engineers at data centers Proven capability to find creative solutions to solve complex technical application problems " Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization, including consultant or end user organizations Presentation and training skills - Initiative and self-management skills
