Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program! We’re excited that you’re interested in becoming a mentor.

This programme connects creative professionals (Soho House members) with emerging talent who are eager to break into the industry. As a mentor, you’ll play a key role in shaping someone’s journey, offering guidance, perspective, and support over the course of 16 weeks.

We’re looking for people who are generous with their experience, open to honest conversation, and committed to helping a young creative grow. Your background, insights, and network can make a real impact.
