Software Training Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Software Training Content Creator who will be responsible for creating, revising, and expanding user-oriented and administrative educational materials for our software. These materials may take the form of instructional videos, presentations, or written documents.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop clear how to guides and walkthroughs for IceWarp tools, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Create and revise educational materials for end users and administrators.

• Prepare documentation, presentations, and scripts in both Czech and English.

• Record and edit basic instructional videos.

• Use AI tools (Large Language Models) to enhance content creation and efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of all produced materials.
