Software Engineering Manager ( Salesforce)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead our offshore development team in India. This strategic role combines technical leadership with team management, ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with global business objectives. You will drive innovation, mentor talent, and oversee complex integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, architects, and QA engineers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career growth.
• Technical Oversight
  • Architect scalable Salesforce solutions, including integrations with DocuSign and middleware platforms.
  • Oversee development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Ensure adherence to coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Agile Delivery DevOps
  • Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach for offshore teams.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
  • Oversee Git-based version control and release management strategies.
• System Integration Governance
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP, billing, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
  • Define and enforce platform governance, sandbox strategy, and data access policies.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and security compliance.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven success managing offshore teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and exposure to Service Cloud, DocuSign, and Quote-to-Cash processes. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
