Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in DM setting, community management, customer support, or social media engagement
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience handling Instagram DMs and comments in a professional and timely manner
- Comfortable following scripts, guidelines, and structured conversation flows
- Ability to identify qualified leads and move conversations forward naturally
- Strong attention to detail when replying, tracking conversations, and maintaining consistency in messaging
- Reliable, organized, and responsive with good time management
- Comfortable working in an execution-focused role
- Able to post pre-planned/scheduled content accurately and on time
