Requirements

1+ year of experience in DM setting, community management, customer support, or social media engagement
Strong written communication skills in English
Experience handling Instagram DMs and comments in a professional and timely manner
Comfortable following scripts, guidelines, and structured conversation flows
Ability to identify qualified leads and move conversations forward naturally
Strong attention to detail when replying, tracking conversations, and maintaining consistency in messaging
Reliable, organized, and responsive with good time management
Comfortable working in an execution-focused role
Able to post pre-planned/scheduled content accurately and on time
