Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Specialist who can turn trends into high-performing content that stops people mid-scroll. This is a creator-led role;  not just a strategist or mobile shooter. You’ll independently shoot with a camera, edit short-form video, capture stills, and deliver social-first content optimised for performance across Kogan.com, Matt Blatt and Brosa. You’ll bring ideas to life with energy and pace, producing engaging, on-brand content that captures attention, builds brand affinity and supports commercial outcomes. Working closely with the wider Marketing team, you’ll translate insights, trends and briefs into scroll-stopping creative that performs across platforms. This role is well suited to someone who has built a strong foundation in content creation and social media, and is ready to take greater ownership, creative responsibility and impact within a fast-paced commercial environment.
