With five stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. The Role

As Social Media Executive, you will support the execution of Minimalist’s social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll help ensure our digital presence is consistent, on-brand, and performance-driven. This position is based at our headquarters in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.

• Monitor and manage brand engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.

• Assist in tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and prepare basic reports to identify top-performing content and optimization opportunities.

• Support eMail marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms like Klaviyo.

• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.
