Key Responsibilities
Social Content
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Develop content concepts, generate ideas, prepare briefs, and write captions aligned with brand tone and messaging
- Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to produce static content and both short-form and long-form video content
- Provide marketing materials to relevant teams and coordinate content publishing and sharing
- Work with the service team to monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Track social media trends, performance insights, and competitor activities
- Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimization strategies
Community
- Build and manage online communities on Facebook Groups and the website through activities, on-ground events, and value-added content
- Act as the main point of contact for Nothing Fans and community members
Media
- Develop integrated media strategies across online and offline channels
- Manage media budgets and allocate spending in line with business objectives
- Plan media channels, evaluate options, and select appropriate platforms and publishers
- Coordinate with media agencies and external partners
- Monitor media performance (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Prepare strategic media reports and insights for management
Branding
- Ensure all activities are aligned with brand guidelines and identity
- Support internal teams in understanding the brand and provide brand-consistent solutions
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management
- Experience in media buying across both online and offline channels
- Hands-on experience with social media publishing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LINE Official Account)
- Strong understanding of brand communication and digital marketing language
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
Preferred Qualifications (a plus)
- Experience using social listening tools
- Understanding of the content production process
