SOC Program Manager
Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. Program Manager expected to drive the requirements, scoping, planning and execution of highly complex SoC across the portfolio. This involves working and supporting multiple functional teams including Design, DV, DFT, Physical design and System emulation. Track the program milestones & Key KPI's (Power, Performance, Cost) Support program development activities as required for NPI development - Starting from concept review to TO(Tapeout) and further towards commercialization Drive SOC execution reviews and track milestones using program indicators. Participate in cross functional reviews including technology, IP and Process and updates to executive management Key custodian for Risk, Schedule, NRE, quality and compliance to process Update Project dashboards on weekly basis, review and drive closure of checklists, work with cores/IP team on schedule & NRE tracking. Helps to promote program vision and objectives across the team, and ensures program objectives are met or exceeded. Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop goals, set the prioritization of deliverables, and discuss necessary priorities and stakeholder needs Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience. 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry with minimum 5 years in Project/Program Management Good experience in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Power point, Word Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels Sound knowledge and understanding of Semiconductor Chip design cycle, Development and Process from design to customer deployment Track record of proven leadership/management experience Process definition & implementation Getting Work Done: Demonstrates organization, resourcefulness, and planning skills. Capable of leveraging multiple resources to complete tasks efficiently and foresee and plan around obstacles. Program Management: Proficient in program management methodologies, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution. Effectively uses program management tools.
