As an in-house service provider, SO department supports the Bosch Group in areas including Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Security, L1/L2 IT Support, Human Resources Shared Services, Web Content Management, Quality Management as well as Translation/Interpreter services. 

We pool administrative tasks and ensure efficient processes and improve the entire service chain using automation solutions such as RPA and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with Full-Stack Development capabilities who has hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications that combine advanced machine learning with robust front-end and back-end architectures

Full-Stack Development

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python/FastAPI, etc.).
• Design APIs and services to interface with ML models and data pipelines.
• Integrate cloud services and manage infrastructure using AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Ensure performance, responsiveness, and security across platforms

AI/ML Engineering

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLM for specific use cases (e.g., chatbots, summarization, document processing).
• Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search and retrieval.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and LLMOps workflows.
• Implement AI safety, prompt engineering, and performance monitoring.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Back-end: Node.js, FastAPI, Flask
  • Front-end: React, Next.js, Vue
  • Programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain/LlamaIndex)
  • ML Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face…
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Agile

• Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)
