[SO] IT Quality Assistant

• Provides consulting to identify IT product/service/solution (IT P/S/S) quality requirements and derive quality targets.
• Provides consulting to create an efficient quality framework for IT P/S/S by tailoring it to project needs and continuous development.
• Provides consulting to identify IT P/S/S risk management approach.
• Creates and implements the IT P/S/S quality assurance plan.
• Assists in IT P/S/S problem-solving (e.g., 8D) and establishing a continuous improvement process.
• Monitors IT P/S/S and process compliance, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure compliant development and maintenance.
• Conducts spot checks to verify adherence to operational processes.
• Serve as a moderator for Release Gates (RGs) and Quality Gates (QGs) to ensure IT P/S/S release criteria are met based on standard or tailored process approvals.
• Provides transparency by reporting IT P/S/S quality metrics as defined in the quality assurance plan.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle management
• 1-2 years of experience in quality management systems, particularly in software process quality
• Familiarity with software testing and code review is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
