   Coordinate hiring activities
    Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
    Prepare and post job ads online
    Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
    Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
    Process background checks
    Maintain candidate database
    Handle records and paperwork
    Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
    Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
    Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
    Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Qualifications
    English: good at speaking and writing
    Japanese: N2 or above, fluent at speaking and writing
    Strong interpersonal skill, detail oriented mindset, result-oriented mindset, open and proactive in communication.
    A bachelor's degree in human resources (preferable)
    Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
    Good decision-making skills.
    A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
