Our Solar business delivers industry leading, U.S.-made solar components. We manufacture hyper-pure polysilicon, high-quality solar wafers, and innovative photovoltaic modules, leveraging our leadership in advanced manufacturing to serve growing energy demand. You will be a part of advancing critical U.S. supply chains and delivering unmatched quality and reliability to customers.
Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Plan production ramps and schedules for planned equipment outages.
- Monitor equipment status and provide daily operational priorities for the operations team.
- Maximize equipment uptime through coordination of planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- Track and ensure Job Change Effectiveness across assigned areas.
- Maintain strong process discipline, including SOS and SOP adherence across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with quality specifications, limit samples, and established work rules.
- Provide key information during Pre‑Run and Post‑Run Reviews with line technicians, supervisors, and engineers.
- Support engineering activities focused on manufacturing improvements and cost reduction.
- Provide production support for throughput or safety issues that may impact output.
- Manage multiple projects using sound engineering and project management principles.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to support new product development activities.
Work Hours
- Standard Hours (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm)
- Flexible hours may be required to support weekends/evenings operations requirements
Education & Experience
- 2‑year technical degree required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, operations, production support, or equipment coordination

The range for this position is $58,934.00 - $81,034.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
