Skilled Trades Recruiter (High-Performance / High-Volume)Location: Phoenix, AZ (remote)About the RoleWe are looking for experienced, high-output Skilled Trades Recruiters to support large, ongoing hiring initiatives across multiple markets. This is a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success is defined by consistency, urgency, and the ability to deliver quality candidates.This is not a passive recruiting role - this position is designed for true headhunters who thrive on sourcing, outreach, and working high-volume reqs.What You’ll DoSource, recruit, and place skilled trades professionals across multiple regionsDrive consistent outbound activity and pipeline generationLeverage Boolean search and creative sourcing strategies to find candidatesManage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, submittals, and placementsSubmit detailed candidate profiles through internal and client systemsProvide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progressPartner with internal teams to support large-scale hiring effortsMaintain flexibility to support business needs, including occasional after-hours or weekend workWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in high-volume skilled trades recruiting Strong sourcing ability - not reliant on inbound applicantsComfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratchExperience using Boolean search and multiple sourcing platformsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, resilient, and results-drivenExperience with ATS systems (Aviante or similar preferred, not required)Compensation & Structure$50K–$60K base salary + commissionTeam-based commission structure with strong earning potentialConsistent req flow with high placement opportunityWhy Join?Work on high-volume, high-impact accounts with immediate hiring needsBe part of a driven, performance-focused teamStrong earning potential tied directly to outputOpportunity for growth in a fast-moving, scalable environmentThis role is built for recruiters who know how to hunt, source, and deliver results.
