This cluster focuses on delivering exceptional and seamless stable digital banking solutions, highly available, and accessible across different platforms, including web and mobile applications. It enables customers to enjoy secure and efficient online banking experiences, catering to their financial needs anytime, anywhere. The cluster strives to set new benchmarks in reliability and service continuity, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
With its cross-channel capabilities, the cluster integrates multiple customer interaction points (web, app, and other digital touchpoints), providing a unified and consistent experience. By adopting a digital-first and service-oriented approach, it facilitates processes like digital account opening and management, making banking simple and intuitive for users. A key feature of this cluster is the unified standardization of User Interfaces (UI) and operational processes. It implements a consolidated framework for design and workflows, ensuring consistency across all platforms and services. The standardized experience helps improve accessibility and usability for customers while optimizing operational efficiency. Additionally, this cluster acts as an enabler for other clusters within the ecosystem, providing technical and design guidelines and establishing standards to be used across various initiatives. By specifying these foundational standards, it supports the cohesion and interoperability required for the broader digital transformation of banking services.
