Key Responsibilities: As Site HR Manager Mining Operations, you act as the strategic representative of the Group HR policy at site level and as the operational interface with Head Office. HR Administration Payroll: Ensure on-site HR administrative management and the accurate, complete, and timely reporting of payroll inputs (working time, absences, variable elements, employee movements, etc.) for consolidated processing by Head Office. Guarantee the quality, reliability, and compliance of HR data. Labor Law Compliance: Ensure the application of labor laws, collective agreements, and internal procedures, in coordination with the central HR Department, and secure local HR practices. HR Development Central Coordination: Deploy Group HR initiatives at site level, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and talent development, in close coordination with Head Office teams. Managerial On-Site Support: Act as a hands-on, people-focused HR partner, maintaining daily contact with employees and managers, and supporting organizational and human transformations at site level. HR Projects Internal Communication: Relay Group HR projects and ensure smooth, effective communication between Head Office and the site. Employee Industrial Relations: Lead social dialogue, anticipate and manage labor relations issues, and maintain a healthy social climate in a demanding industrial and mining environment. Required Skills Competencies: Strong expertise in HR administration and payroll management for large workforces Excellent knowledge of Moroccan labor law and industrial/union relations Ability to manage complex human situations in a demanding industrial/mining environment Strong on-site presence, practical mindset, and solution-oriented approach Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Strong coordination capabilities with central management / Head Office High level of rigor, reliability, organizational skills, confidentiality, and priority management Education Experience: Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law, Management, or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an industrial or mining environment This position requires geographical mobility across our mining operations located in the South-East regions of Morocco.
