Development Support and Site Supervision

  • Support Alcazar Energy’s team in technical and construction matters regarding wind farms or solar plants during development or construction stage

  • Ensure site performances of projects are delivered to specification, programme, within contract price and in accordance with company financial authorisation procedures

  • Ensure compliance of projects with Health, Safety, Social & Environmental Standards and Regulations

  • Responsible for the performance on site, management of contractors involved and coordination with the rest of project team and the owner’s engineer.

  • Manage and report on progress

  • Support to Project and Construction Managers

  • Conduct progress, co-ordination and interface meetings with the contractors. Report to Project Manager, Construction Manager and Senior Management Team

  • Responsible for contractors’ compliance with construction specifications and standards

  • Responsible for contractors’ compliance with Quality Management System

  • Manage resolution of any site technical matters on the project, as well as site safety matters.

  • Prepare the summary progress report of the Contractor Construction performance

Qualification:

  • Degree in Civil or Electrical engineering discipline

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in managing technical matters and/or site works for renewables or construction projects

Job Specific Skills:

  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and able to work with a team of project manager, support engineer and several contractors

  • Communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Montenegrin

  • Understanding of quality assurance processes

  • Health, safety and environmental legislation applicable to construction projects

  • PC knowledge of Microsoft applications

  • Knowledge of specification, design, maintenance, construction and commissioning of construction works

  • Awareness of regulatory issues impacting the business

  • Teamwork and contractor management skills

  • Proven ability to lead and work in a team and contractors’ environment

  • Engineering and management Software: Microsoft Project Autocad

  • Driver license
