We're looking for an Site Agent to join our Thames Water Framework on our Mogden STW team based in Twickenham.

Location: Mogden STW, Twickenham Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

We're seeking a dedicated Agent to join our dynamic team at Mogden STW, where you'll play a vital role in managing all civil and structural works. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of exciting projects whilst working collaboratively within a supportive environment. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget, all whilst helping to shape a more sustainable future.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Site Agent, you'll be working within our project delivery team, supporting them in achieving exceptional outcomes for our clients. Your day to day will include:

-Managing resources including people, finances, and physical assets to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

-Taking full ownership of profit and loss for your schemes, ensuring robust control of both target and actual costs

-Creating and maintaining programmes to plan and measure day-to-day activities, ensuring works are delivered in accordance with specifications

-Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems

-Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, promoting a collaborative one-team ethos

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Agent is great for you if:

-You have relevant qualifications (Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree) and prior experience with reinforced concrete, underground services, groundworks, and civils

-You possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire technical teams

-You demonstrate strong attention to detail and take a proactive, solution-focused approach to your work

-You're collaborative and enthusiastic, with excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities

-You're working towards or hold Chartership with ICE (previous experience within the sewage treatment sector would be advantageous)
