SIPP Technical Lead
Upvest is seeking a SIPP Technical Lead to ensure the technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence of its SIPP proposition. The successful candidate will be responsible for staying abreast of regulatory developments, solving complex technical queries, driving product compliance, enhancing governance, and coaching and developing staff.
Requirements
- Deep Pension Expertise: Thorough knowledge of HMRC and FCA rules as they apply specifically to SIPPs and the wider UK pensions market.
- Regulatory Analysis Skills: Proven experience in analysing legislative changes and translating them into clear, actionable operational procedures.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Experience in handling complex SIPP technical issues and resolving technical queries in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication of technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders, including engineering and product teams.
- Self-Starter Mentality: A highly organised approach with the ability to work independently, prioritise appropriately, and thrive under pressure.
