Talent Acquisition Partner- Contract
Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and screenings of candidates' resumes, applications, and interviews to assess their fit for open positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment by actively seeking and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Partner with the business to forcast needs and continually source/pipeline talent to meet business demand.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
- Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a quality candidate pipeline, and providing a high level of client service.
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively cross functionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Ability to accurately and positively represent SNC to the job market.
- Foundational knowledge of AI tools relevant to daily recruiting tasks.
- Experience recruiting across A&D Engineering, Production and Field Service highly preferred.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience with Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
- Experience with salary negotiation and closing candidates.
- Demonstrated consultative and solution oriented approach to recruitment search engagements.
- Experience with technical recruiting.
- Experience working in a service focused organization of comparable size and complexity.
- Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $74,581.13 - $102,549.04. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
