About the Role
Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to provide safe and professional transportation for residents and guests.
This role is key to enhancing the resident experience by ensuring timely, courteous, and dependable shuttle service to nearby destinations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, punctual, and enjoys working in a service-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a company shuttle in compliance with all traffic laws and safety standards
- Transport residents and guests along designated routes and scheduled stops
- Maintain punctual pickup and drop-off times
- Provide friendly, professional service and assist passengers as needed
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, and inspection reports
- Communicate effectively with management regarding delays, incidents, or feedback
- Support special events and additional transportation needs as required
- Enforce safety protocols, including passenger conduct and seatbelt use
What You Bring
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented mindset
- Previous shuttle, delivery, or driving experience preferred
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and surrounding areas is a plus
