Shipping Bay Operator

Brief Description: Loading of trucks with overhead crane and aid in the shipment of material throughout the department.
Responsibilities:
- Follow safety requirements
- Follow work procedures to ensure high quality products for our customers
- Overhead Crane, Forklift Operation, Rail, Utility Operation, & Inventory Control
- Understand all crane operations with the automation system in the shipping bay.
- Understand all kiosk functions with the automation system.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong safety awareness
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, & electronic)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently without direct supervision
- Works well with others
- Quality & detail oriented
- Mechanically inclined
- Willing to work scheduled & unscheduled overtime
- Ability to work in an extreme environment and to perform repetitive stretching, reaching, lifting and walking to support routine
