Job Title: Business Analyst - Logistics

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Bengaluru (preferred) > Hyderabad (second preference)

Team: Digital Logistics

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented person with strong analytical skills and experience in Logistics (preferably Freight Forwarding). The candidate should work with the multiple business teams to understand the problem statements and engage with Product team to deliver them

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand the business and technology landscape and goals

· Gather and document business requirements from business stakeholders across Commercial, Pricing and Operations

· Collaborate with internal teams to understand the impact and identify dependencies

· Support User Acceptance Testing and Rollouts of feature capabilities

· Feature validations against documented Business use cases

Requirements:

· 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding

· Experience in developing detailed and crisp functional requirement documents

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities

· Familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA

Nice-to-Have:

· Experience in developing customer-facing products

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
