Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.Job Description
- Report to team leader and respond to helpdesk call within the stipulated response time and/or update user.
- Provide work closure updates to the Team Leader, CSO, and Manager.
- Alert the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for any alarms related to the Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm System, and M&E systems.
- Attend and/or perform preventive maintenance for ACMV, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, security, and fire protection systems.
- Attend to breakdown maintenance such as water flooding, pipe bursts, power trips, air-conditioning breakdowns, and other related issues.
- Conduct a daily inspection walkthrough during the shift duty.
- Record and analyse electrical, BTU, and water consumption patterns. Alert the PIC and Team Leader in case of unusual consumption trends (increase or decrease in usage).
- Update the occurrence logbook on a daily basis.
- Read and interpret M&E drawings to support site investigations and troubleshooting.
- Respond to builder work repairs such as door handles, door closers, and other related fixtures.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader, Technical Executive, Engineer, or Manager.
- Prepare accurate preliminary incident reports and submit them to the Team Leader and Engineers during duty.
- Update client, user and stakeholder for M&E breakdown maintenance.
- Prepare and submit incident reports for breakdown maintenance during shift duty.
- Update work done to team leader and supervisors.
Others
- Coordinate closely with the Team Leader to ensure proper work assignment and deployment.
- Maintain strong discipline and ensure work is completed and reported on time.
- Provide support to the Audio Visual team when required.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards, contributing actively to building and maintaining a strong safety culture.
Working hrs:
- Morning shift 7am – 3pm
- Afternoon shift 3pm – 11pm
- Night shift 11pm – 7am
- 6 working days following by 1 off and 1 rest day
