03/18/2026 Brief Description and Responsibilities: Shift (12hr 4-on-4-off) mechanical maintenance of casting department equipment working on casters, ladle furnaces, ladle wall, LMF baghouse & auxiliary equipment. Includes troubleshooting, project/rebuild work, Preventative Maintenance, assisting production, and any other casting department needs as required. Required Display safety awareness in all activities and drive all components of “Take Control of Safety” Excellent safety and attendance record Hands-on, team player with good communication skills Prior industrial mechanical maintenance experience (i.e. Milltech, Millwright) Hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge and troubleshooting skills Fabrication, torching, welding, rigging/lifting & alignment skills Preferred Previous Melt/Cast (production) maintenance experience Strong ability to lead others Ability to read and understand prints and schematics Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
