Qualifications Technician or equivalent technical background Proven leadership experience and team management skills Good command of English (verbal and written) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Responsibilities Lead and manage the shift team in daily painting department operations Ensure smooth workflow for incoming inspection, rework, manual cleaning, machine handling, and visual/final inspections Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for shift production Ensure timely material supply and availability for production Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
