Support with practical work on SharePoint Communication sites, for our organization of 18,000 colleagues in 40+ countries. This can include updating existing sites to be in line with our updated guidelines, creating new sites and/or templates based on those guidelines, and everyday updates to sites and pages. Requests can come either from the Communications team, or from any site owner in the business.
Assistance with practical work in a project where we aim to harmonize and improve our use of SharePoint Communication sites on a global company-wide scale; 400+ sites with site owners all across the world, containing scattered and duplicated information that needs to be collected in a more orderly fashion, with clear responsibilities and governance structure.
Provide the project team with expert input on the structure, governance and SharePoint branding guidelines (meriting but not mandatory).
Take responsibility and structure own work, based on guidelines from the team.

Very good English language skills.
Very good knowledge in SharePoint (meriting if basic knowledge in other M365 tools)
Knowledge of technical possibilities in SharePoint, including for example building different kind of layouts and incorporating the different web parts, connections to other apps, and using advanced permission settings.
Meriting with technical knowledge, including how to organize content in an AI-optimized way - for example, how to structure, tag and name documents (we will set up a baseline, that can then be tailored per site).
Good eye for user friendly layout, knowledge about how to follow brand guidelines and similar. General UI/UX understanding.
Basic skills and knowledge in the communication area in general. Meriting with understanding for internal communications in a sprawling global organization.
