Job Summary:
Kymber Consulting Group is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to serve as the dedicated SharePoint Administrator for the FRTIB Acquisition Management Division. The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the AMD SharePoint Online environment, including site architecture, document libraries, workflows, access controls, and integration with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring that FRTIB's acquisition digital infrastructure is well-governed, operationally efficient, and audit-ready.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the primary SharePoint Administrator for the FRTIB AMD, managing all AMD SharePoint Online sites, site collections, document libraries, and collaboration environments.
- Design and implement a structured access control framework across all AMD SharePoint sites, assigning permissions based on team function and need-to-know principles and reviewing access on a recurring basis to reflect personnel and organizational changes.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Power Automate workflows tailored to AMD operational needs, including document routing for review and approval, procurement milestone notifications to assigned contracting officers and group mailboxes, contract file completion tracking, and solicitation status updates.
- Configure SharePoint calendar integrations, metadata schemas, dashboard views, and document library structures to provide Contracting Officers and CORs with real-time visibility into procurement status and upcoming deadlines.
- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive to create a seamless collaboration environment that supports contracting team workflows without requiring manual data entry or system switching.
- Troubleshoot and resolve broken workflows, permission errors, and previously developed tools, ensuring minimal disruption to AMD operations.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions to support acquisition management processes as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all configurations, workflow logic, governance procedures, and integration dependencies to support continuity of operations and knowledge transfer.
- Provide user guidance and training materials to support AMD staff adoption of SharePoint tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to the SharePoint environment to enhance usability, efficiency, and performance in alignment with AMD operational and strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with FRTIB governance, security, and data management policies across all SharePoint activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum experience: 5 or more years of SharePoint Online administration and development experience.
- 3 or more years of experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions in a federal or regulated environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint Online architecture, site collection administration, document library configuration, and permissions management.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Proficiency in Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience supporting federal agency contracting or acquisition environments preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint or Power Platform certification preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to produce user guidance and technical documentation for non-technical audiences.
